In support of United States and coalition forces in Iraq the Cape Henry lighthouse and Fort Story, VA unveiled, on March 26, 2003, a large yellow ribbon that was wrapped around the lantern railing. The bow is 12’ wide, facing east, with streamers that hang 20’. In addition, many of the attending crowd hung smaller, personal ribbons on the gift shop fence. The print depicts the following morning in order to show all details.
